The Webinar will take place on June 5, 2012, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
During the event, Mr. Fidei will discuss topics relevant to insurers using or contemplating using social media, including:

- Should insurers have a formal policy in place regarding social media use by employees, producers, and other third parties?
- What are the best practices that should be implemented to ensure a successful and compliant social media policy?
- What does the future hold for social media, and what should compliance professionals watch out for moving forward?
Mr. Fidei, a partner at the law firm of Colodny, Fass, Talenfeld, Karlinsky & Abate, was named national General Counsel of the AICP in October 2010, and also currently serves as President of the AICP Gulf States Chapter.
Mr. Fidei's practice includes all elements of the insurance and reinsurance business, as well as operational issues such as start-up activities, structuring and financing, vendor relationships, regulatory issues and administrative and court proceedings, including administrative supervision, liquidation and insolvency issues. He has represented numerous insurance companies and other insurance entities on an array of regulatory matters, including licensure, compliance, expansion, solvency, rate and form filings, and financial and market conduct examinations.
